We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as quickly as possible at no extra cost, and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

We’re sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund right away. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
